  Have been eyeballing this place since it opened up, and had been meaning to bring my car in for whatever came up with it. Well, my brake pads were shot, and I needed a new rotors. After pricing different places I remembered this place, and came in for a quote. Prices were very very fair, and the service was friendly. Left my car at 1030, and it was done by 145. Only reason it took a little longer was because I told them it was the front brake pads, when It was the rear ones. Had they not had to take off my tires and see for themselves, I would have had my car in even less time.

  I came in doomed because my drivetrain broke on my Mercedes. The people are very helpful, customer service is an A-1 experience. They provide you with WiFi, a charge station for your phone, Netflix, and also offered me a ride to the bus station so I would not have to walk. Very speedy with their repair services for my car was ready the next day. Definitely an expertise at what they do with European cars for no one wanted to really work on a luxury car because they didnt want to be liable if they damaged something extra other than the aforementioned problem.

  Before I talk about how amazing the auto repair shop is let me share some background. My AC in my 2011 Audi A6 hasnt been working for awhile and I've always been hesitant about scammy mechanics. First I tried an auto chain called Louettas and they told me it was a part that required the entire dash to be removed and would take days to repair with a quote around $2k...so I thought I'd get audis opinion since their audi and after their diagnosis they were at almost $4k and wanted to replace the entire AC system?! Feeling like I was being taken advantage of I waited and did research online to find a local auto shop who specializes in European vehicles. After online research I decided on two local small businesses but ultimately chose This shop as they had high quality and genuine reviews and figured I'd give them a shot. I dropped off my car with Pedro who was kind and professional and explained my issue and within an hr or so he was able to diagnose the issue. I dropped off the car on Friday and it was done on Mon as they were closed on the weekend but if I had dropped it off earlier in the week they'd have completed well within a day! I cant say enough about this shop as they diagnosed my car quick, efficiently and didnt try and upsell or lead me on like Audi and Louettas. Pedro got it done and at a fraction of the cost. I'm happy to finally have cold AC again and even more important and probably hard to believe but I dont feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. I'm happy to finally have a shop I can trust, charges a fair price and provided high quality work. I'll be a customer for life and if you use them you'll see why as well. I used to go to the Dealership, but lately I was NOT happy the way Cederic, the Service Advisor treated me as a customer. He was suggesting more tests after charging me from the Diagnostic Test of $170 and to think they already knew the problem of my car. In short, the dealerships want to charge me more money. Thats the time, I searched from Google the best european car mechanics in Houston, then I found Euro Plus Automotive. Ive talked to Pedro and Dang, they are both owners. They are honest people and suggested what is best for my car. They did a big time work on my car which was the timing chain and its under the warranty for six months. There are still other problems with my car after that, but whenever I bring my car on their shop, Dang and Pedro will attend on my car problem right away. They give importance and value to their customers. They are charging fair price for European cars. I will highly recommend Euro Plus Automotive to my friends and to other customers who are looking for the honest and great mechanic like Pedro and Dang including Dangs son, Andrew. Their Receptionist, Daniella is also nice. Shes updating me about my car when they had it for two weeks. I have peace of mind now, I found the great mechanics. They went out of their way to make to make sure I was comfortable. They offered water and had Netflix. I used to go to the Dealership, but lately I was NOT happy the way Cederic, the Service Advisor treated me as a customer. He was suggesting more tests after charging me from the Diagnostic Test of $170 and to think they already knew the problem of my car. In short, the dealerships wants to charge me more money. Thats the time, I searched from Google the best european car mechanics in Houston, then I found Euro Plus Automotive. Ive talked to Pedro and Dang, they are both owners. They are honest people and suggested what is best for my car. They did a big time work on my car which was the timing chain and its under the warranty for six months. After online research I decided on two local small businesses but ultimately chose This shop as they had high quality and genuine reviews and figured I'd give them a shot. I dropped off my car with Pedro who was kind and professional and explained my issue and within an hr or so he was able to diagnose the issue. I dropped off the car on Friday and it was done on Mon as they were closed on the weekend but if I had dropped it off earlier in the week they'd have completed well within a day! I cant say enough about this shop as they diagnosed my car quick, efficiently and didnt try and upsell or lead me on like Audi and Louettas. Pedro got it done and at a fraction of the cost. As a woman, it is important to not feel like you are being taken advantage of when it comes to what you need done to your car - I didn't feel like that AT ALL here. They explained everything to me in detail. My car was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and I had to do EXTENSIVE repairs but they were super honest about what I should and shouldn't do. They even let me keep my car at their shop for a while until I got the funds from FEMA to take care of the car. I can not say enough about Euro Plus. They literally saved me during a really difficult time!

  Stopped by due to type of vehicles I observed tehm working on...high end vehicles so I felt the owners of vehicles would not just go to anyone. to service there ride. My experience from start to finish was great at this place. I was greeted promply and once I explained the problems with my truck, I receiveed direct answers or was informed of issues which would take a diagnostic to determine...not just the usual diagnostic response for everything that needs to be looked at. Service was quick and correct for my suburban, they idedntfied issues that even my dealer had missed on previous inspection. Had me back on the road within 24 hours of dropping off with AC fixed and I didn't even originally plan on geting that done. Fast service, constant updates on status of vehicle...might have found my new spot.

  Told me my price and it did not change. From drive up to drive out nothing but good. I waited an hour for my ride and watched a show of my choice. They even offered me a ride home. I hope my car don't break down but if does I will be coming back.

  I work at the local middle school (Morris) and I took my VW to Euro Plus after getting a mega-bill at the dealership. They were AMAZING. I didn't tell them what the dealer told me because I wanted to get their diagnosis and they were head on. Pedro and his guys have repaired my VW CC and it is running excellent for a fraction of the dealer cost. They now have a new dedicated customer, Goodbye dealership!!!

  Have been eyeballing this place since it opened up, and had been meaning to bring my car in for whatever came up with it. Well, my brake pads were shot, and I needed a new rotors. After pricing different places I remembered this place, and came in for a quote. Prices were very very fair, and the service was friendly. Left my car at 1030, and it was done by 145. Only reason it took a little longer was because I told them it was the front brake pads, when It was the rear ones. Had they not had to take off my tires and see for themselves, I would have had my car in even less time.

  Overall, great service. I'm coming back here for anything I might encounter with my vehicle in the future.

  Been working with the same people for a long time and they have never disappointed. This time I installed a taillight on my WRX and it was done QUICK and looks totally stock. Even the wiring on the inside looked like it was shipped that way, even though its an aftermarket part. Would recommend to anyone based on price and the quality of service :)
